Certificate of insurance automation
Two Python tools replaced the by-hand handling of an insurance agency's certificates, splitting 650 batched PDFs into per-holder files and rolling the dates forward on about 1,300 live certificates in place, every one passing an independent QA check.
Azure Sentinel honeypot
An exposed Windows VM took 3,516 failed RDP logons from 8 countries in 24 hours, 3,106 of them from a single Indonesian IP.
Pi-hole DNS server
A self-hosted Pi-hole on an Ubuntu VM now answers every DNS query on the home network and drops ad and tracker domains before they resolve.
